Adams Other Love

The only thing Adam had wanted for quite a while is a brand spankin new computer built from scratch. He told me when we were ready to get one I was going to build it. For all of you that know me know I am not handy with anything let alone electronic things. Adam spends more time fixing my computer than I do playing on it. After a long wait all of our parts came, some had to be sent back. They came again, and now Adams new love is all ready. It was an adventure helping build this high tech thing, thank goodness I married a wonderful computer nerd! (No offence Ad)

Here I am putting the hard drive in

Here is the "brains" of the computer the motherboard. (Don't mind my gassy grin, I had just woke up from a nice nap)

Here is the "Brain" and all the other things that make it work

Here is the "master" hard at work.

Adam with his handy dandy head lamp

Adams Baby, well equipt with a 22 in monitor and everything we willl ever need. Isn't it lovely?

What is going on?

It has been so long since I last posted, but I feel like have nothing to say. Things are speeding along as ever. Adam is busy with school and work and I am super busy at work. It seems that we hardly ever see each other (as I'm sure you all have experienced). Sometimes I feel as if I am just going through the motions, just trying to get through another day. My poor husband has had to put up with his "crazy" emotional wife (my wording not his), and he does it all with out complaint. He is my one constant in this crazy whirlwind we call life.

For Valentines day he took me to Wendover for a weekend of gambling and food. The main reason we went was to go and see Kansas at the Peppermill Concert Hall. Our seats were at the back and we could still see the stage so clearly. For being a band as old as they are, it was pretty amazing. The violinist was my favorite to watch, and we even ran into him in our hotel. My sister Lindsay and her hubby Darren also came along for the ride. It was a short quick get away but it was fun to do something a little different. I am so grateful for Adam and all he puts up with. Maybe one day I will be able to be the "fun wife' instead of the "crazy"!
