When the man upstairs was handing out talents, I must have been picking my nose in the corner or something because I totally missed out. My sister Lindsay is the the creative scrapebooking queen. You need help decorating, she's your gal. My sister Kristen is mini Martha. You want something yummy, she'll whip it up in a snap. If you want a new dress, no problem it will be done in a jiffy. Now Brooke, she can dance the pants off of anyone. She can also do a little damage tinkling on the ivory's. Now me....accident prone....crazy...creative...let me think, nope that would not be my forte. Now you're probable wondering where I am going with this post... no where, but I do have something new to occupy my time. As I'm sure all of you are aware Etsy rocks!!! Can I just say I am in LOVE! It all started when I wanted to make a little car seat cover for a baby shower. Now you can buy on at a boutique for around 40-50 pretty pennies, but I am way too cheap for that. Now did I mention my mother is a sewing whiz. She can make anything, quilt whatever you want and just about do anything. I gave her a little jingle on the phone and asked her how I would go about doing this project. After a little google search and voila, my newest obsession was put into motion. Now this is not one I've made, I think I have given them all away, but you can get the idea. It is also reversable. So FuN!
This is my next project
It has been so much fun to make all of this baby stuff. It is great for shower gifts as well. Maybe one day I will have use for myself, but for now keep those babies coming!!
